Should you encounter any issues with your product, refer to the following guidelines to determine if it falls within warranty coverage. Additionally, you'll find instructions below on how to proceed with a claim.

WHAT’S THE WARRANTY ON YOUR LUGGAGE?

LIVExMAINTAIN.com products are thoroughly tested to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards. However, if a problem occurs with this LIVExMAINTAIN.com product (the "Product") and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, LIVExMAINTAIN.com will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The duration of the warranty is a limited lifetime warranty and applies only to the first purchaser these rights and warranties cannot be transferred to any third party.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse such as the below:

  • transportation of unusual items
  • Minor Dents, Bumps, Scratches, Scuffs
  • Neglect
  • Accidents
  • Abrasion
  • Deliberate damage
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Solvents, Acids, Water
  • general wear and tear generated from using the case
  • transport damage
  • Combination lock issues caused by the incorrect setting of the lock, if you use the lock incorrectly, or if it has been forced open
  • Any luggage (whether manufactured by LIVExMAINTAIN.com or not) sold by resellers who are not authorised retailers.
  • Luggage sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Luggage is not “new” or of “first quality “ or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

 

Damage caused by airline mishandling is not covered by LIVExMAINTAIN.com. In this instance we advise you to contact the airline responsible as soon as possible (This MUST be done before leaving the airport where the damage took place). *

If a problem occurs and is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, LIVExMAINTAIN.com will arrange and pay for the collection of the product if they are informed of this problem within 7 days of delivery. You are, however, responsible for all costs of getting the Product back to LIVExMAINTAIN.com after these 7 days have expired. Once LIVExMAINTAIN.com has received the product, if the warranty applies, you will be notified as to whether the product will be repaired or replaced. Any such repair or replacement will be at the expense of LIVExMAINTAIN.com, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product to you. If the Product is to be replaced and the product is no longer available, LIVExMAINTAIN.com will substitute a comparable LIVExMAINTAIN.com product.

The warranty shall apply for a period of a lifetime from the date of purchase stated on the confirmation email ("Warranty Period").

 

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If there is an issue with your LIVE x MAINTAIN product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team here to lodge a claim.

Please note: Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. #LM order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies.
